The Parents Teachers Students Friends’ Association (PTSFA) of Coomoora Campus had their first meeting for the year. The parents planned a series of activities to be held in 2009. Some of the activities include:
· Getting a guest speaker in to explain the behaviour of “Generation Y”
· Workshops on drug education
· Inviting someone from the CFA to educate parents on bushfire prevention and strategies to deal with bushfires.
· First Aid tips
· Musical Soiree

The next meeting of the PTSFA is on Wednesday 11th March at 7.30 pm in the social staffroom at Coomoora Campus. The PTSFA would like to extend a warm welcome to parents from the other three campuses to attend their next meeting. Please contact Kim Elliston on 9798 6366 if you are able to come.
